Consequentemente, falamos um pouco sobre poss\u00edveis alternativas como blends de \u00e1cidos org\u00e2nicos com taninos e \u00f3leos essenciais, prebi\u00f3ticos, probi\u00f3ticos, \u00e1cidos org\u00e2nicos e outros compostos fitog\u00eanicos.<\/p>\n<p>Probi\u00f3ticos s\u00e3o microrganismos vivos, administrados em quantidades adequadas e que trazem benef\u00edcios ao hospedeiro via equil\u00edbrio da microbiota intestinal, por controle de microrganismos patog\u00eanicos. De forma simplista, para ser considerado probi\u00f3tico, os microrganismos devem fazer parte normal da microbiota, sobreviver e colonizar rapidamente o intestino, sobreviver as enzimas digestivas, serem antag\u00f4nicos aos patog\u00eanicos, n\u00e3o ser toxico e ser est\u00e1vel e vi\u00e1vel para transporte e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as bact\u00e9rias mais comumente utilizadas para o preparo do probi\u00f3tico est\u00e3o: <em>Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus johnsonii, Streptococcus thermophilus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Bifidobacterium spp., Bacillus subtilis e Bacillus toyoi.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alguns modos de a\u00e7\u00e3o dos probi\u00f3ticos:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exclus\u00e3o competitiva:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os microrganismos ben\u00e9ficos pela maior quantidade por \u00e1rea, se aderem a uma maior quantidade de s\u00edtios de liga\u00e7\u00e3o no intestino, impedindo a liga\u00e7\u00e3o de bact\u00e9rias patog\u00eanicas. Devido a maior concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, eles tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam vantagens na competi\u00e7\u00e3o por nutrientes importantes para a sobreviv\u00eancia e reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o, inibindo assim a alta prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o dos pat\u00f3genos.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Antagonismo direto:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><em>Salmonella <\/em>e <em>E. colli <\/em>podem ser inibidos por bact\u00e9rias l\u00e1cteas atrav\u00e9s da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cidos org\u00e2nicos e acidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do meio.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estimulo ao sistema imunol\u00f3gico:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><em>Lactobacillus e Bifidobacterium <\/em>est\u00e3o relacionados com a ativa\u00e7\u00e3o de macr\u00f3fagos, prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas T e interferom. Al\u00e9m da forma\u00e7\u00e3o da mucina, camada de glicoprote\u00edna lubrificada que protege o epit\u00e9lio intestinal.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultados T\u00e9cnicos:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Martins (2018), concluiu, que o probi\u00f3tico destaca-se como importante alternativa ao uso de antibi\u00f3ticos para controle de Salmonella Heidelberg em frangos e corte, pois houve redu\u00e7\u00e3o da contamina\u00e7\u00e3o no conte\u00fado cecal e em suabe de cloaca, sendo que a administra\u00e7\u00e3o via Spray (borrifadores de gotas) se mostrou mais efetiva. O mesmo ainda concluiu que o probi\u00f3tico melhora a integridade da mucosa ent\u00e9rica de fragos em diferentes idades.<\/p>\n<p>Huaynate et al.
